Terms and Conditions

1. Delivery will not be completed until payment is received in full.
2. The courier will ring to arrange delivery.
3. An additional re delivery fee will be imposed if the customer is not at home at the arranged time of initial delivery.
4. Customer must ensure that the access is sufficient for our trucks and the ground is capable and smooth for receiving the goods. (see delivery section for more details)
5. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the goods on arrival and to sign for the goods.
6. If the access is not suitable for delivery to the customer’s property, the delivery will be made kerbside.
7. Deliveries will be made between 2-5 working days after the order is confirmed.
8. Once the goods have been signed for, they become the sole responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation policy

Deliveries can be cancelled before the order has been collected from our warehouse by our courier. Once deliveries have been picked up by courier and are in transit, they can no longer be cancelled.

Return policy

Within the first 7 days, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, it may be returned to us - only if the goods are in the same condition in which they were delivered and a refund can be offered. The cost of returning the goods will be held by the customer. 

Privacy policy

Your private contact information will only be used to contact you in relation to your order. We understand the importance of privacy. Your information is safe and will remain only within Firewood Ireland.ie. We pride ourselves at being compliant with the Data Protection Act 1988/2003.

• Delivery normally between 2-5 working days
• Pallet sizes
  
  • Im3 pallets measure - external sizes 0.80 x 1.15 x 1.15m (weight 400gk approx.)
  • 2m3 pallets measure - external sizes 0.80 x 1.15 x 2.1m (weight 800kg approx.)
• Access must be agreeable with the driveway smooth and flat. Pallet trucks cannot operates on sort terrain or gravel. Deliveries can be made kerpside. 
• Narrow roads, steep inclines/declines, overhanging power lines or trees can cause issues and need to be disclosed at the time of delivery. More often than not a successful solution can be found to insure that the customer is satisfied.
